Hotel Reservation Information:

A room block has been set up for June 9-13, 2027 at a group rate of $132 per night + tax. There are two ways to make reservations:

1. Follow this custom link: Charlie Company 2027 (for guests only staying 1 night, you will need to edit the stay dates at the top of the screen)
2. Call the Hilton reservation line at 1-800-HILTONS and note that you would like to reserve a room in a group block at the Hilton Cincinnati Airport (7373 Turfway Rd. Florence, KY). Ask for the group rate for Charlie Company 2027 or reference the group code CC26.

The cut-off date to make reservations in the block at the discounted rate is May12, 2027. 

Any requests after this date are based upon availability and not guaranteed the group’s discounted room rate.

For guests wishing to stay on additional nights outside of the room block, please contact the hotel directly at 859-372-9621 to inquiry about availability.

Hilton Honors Members: please note you CANNOT use the link above to reserve your room when logged into your Hilton Honors account. 

First, log out of your account, reserve your room, then you may log in on the top right hand of the confirmation page and it will automatically link it to your account.

Guests are encouraged to make reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability. Please note a credit card will be required to secure the reservation, but will not be charged until you check-in.
