Hotel Reservation Information:

There are three ways to make reservations:

2. Call the Hilton reservation line at 1-800-HILTONS and note that you would like to reserve a room in a group block at the Hilton Cincinnati Airport (7373 Turfway Rd. Florence, KY). Ask for the group rate for “Charlie Company 1st Battalion” or reference the group code “904”.
3.  Call the Hilton direct at 859-372-9621 .

The discounted room rate is $129 per night. Rates are good three days before and after the event and many will be there by Thursday.

*Please note that in order to use the above link, you cannot be logged into your Hilton Honors account. Please sign out of your Hilton Honors, book your room, and use the confirmation number to attach it to your Honors account once booked.

The cut-off date to make reservations in the block at the discounted rate is Thursday, May 8th. Any requests after this date are based upon availability and not guaranteed the group’s discounted room rate. Guests are encouraged to make reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability. Please note a credit card will be required to secure the reservation, but will not be charged until you check-in.
