REUNION XIV will  be held  on June 7 & 8, 2019

Hotel Reservation Information:

There are three ways to make reservations:

The discounted room rate is $109 per night; good for three days before and three days after the event.

The cut-off date to make reservations in the block at the discounted rate is Wednesday, May 8, 2019. Any requests after this date are based upon availability and not guaranteed the group’s discounted room rate. Guests are encouraged to make reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability. Please note a credit card will be required to secure the reservation, but will not be charged until you check-in.

Ladies  luncheon  - 11:30 Saturday at Tousey House Tavern. is their website and they also can be found on FB at  This event needs no prepayment since you will pay for your own meal.

Saturday's past golf event has been given up but Dennis  has suggested visiting World of Golf for a putt-putt tournament. Does that make this a new event and Dennis the new putt-putt chairman? Let me know.

Saturday's night banquet price will be $25 a person for this meal.  Dues are still $20. Please send at least the meal prepayment by May 31 and make the check payable to Charlie Co. 1-20 or Mike Stinnett. Mailing address is 319 Antioch Road, Clarksville, TN 37040. 

MENU Hilton's chef  suggested a type of beef which is more of a roast and he said it was fork tender. He will prepare a duet entrée  with a 4 oz. Madeira Beef Medallion (wine sauce with mushrooms) and 4 oz. Chicken Piccata (lemon juice, butter and capers).  He will add Country Style Green Beans and Horseradish Butter Piped Potato and sugar free cherry pie. This will be a plated meal instead of buffet and will be served at the tables.  However, we may add a few  dessert options which will mean an individual trip to a dessert table.

There were not enough responses to contract for a  bus  to go to  the USAF Museum  in Dayton, OH It is possible a car pool may get organized.
